This is an okay read? It was certainly full of sexual tension and there was plenty of back-and-forth, will-they-won‘t-they, but idk. It‘s stretched the boundaries of reasonable belief for me, I guess. And the catalyst for the third act breakup (sorry, spoilers) was one that I don‘t know is forgivable, especially so quickly. Fast read but probably wouldn‘t read again.

Wow, that was awful.
Ben was just the worst. And his nickname for Honey was "Lolita" which made all their spice and chemistry seedy. Just bad. So bad.

Steam, banter, and steamy banter. It was funny, but a bit much for me.

I enjoyed this one when I read it on hoopla a few years ago, so I wanted to reread it - only to discover it wasn‘t available anymore. My used copy, courtesy of Half-Price Books, arrived yesterday and now I‘m ready to plan my October reads.

This series is wonderful. After reading Adam‘s first, I will be buying the other books in the Bromance Book Club series. This story is definitely sexier than I believed it would be, while still maintaining a strong plot.
