This book is part of an ongoing collection of mostly true stories that end in a way they wouldn‘t have, if only common sense were used. The pages will have you laughing at times, and asking at others, did you really think that was a good idea? What did you think was going to happen?!

A fun read with warnings and a little science thrown in.

It's been proven that negative memories fade with time, whereas positive memories endure. This is why the older a person gets, the greater his tendency to regard the past in a positive light, which is why old fools like to complain wistfully, "Everything was better in the good old days."

I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description or reason for wanting to read the book. Some are old and some will be new. Don't judge me - I have a lot of books.

I'm not feeling great at the moment so i decided to curl up on the couch with my crochet project and a new audiobook. Seeing how my country is acting the last few weeks, i thought this would be helpful. So far i'm really enjoying it, it's very witty.

Centique What are you making? It looks so cute 😍 3y

I love books like these, also TV shows like 1000 Ways to Die! I don't know if its morbid or insensitive to laugh about people dying in unusual or stupid ways, but I have to admit I did laugh out loud several times while reading this. 3 💥💥💥 1/2

TieDyeDude Nah, not insensitive. Maybe a little morbid, but I like them too. It's amazing what people do sometimes. 4y

I really learned quite a bit of odd facts in this throw back 1993 book. How the author summed it all up at the end was a bit odd and I'm not sure that I agree with him. Overall though if you enjoy bringing up weird topics at parties this book is definitely full of them.
