Leaning into Michigan fall reading.
This picture represents two books. Listening to Dracula on the walk up to the park and now switching to Silver Nitrate. Oh and 73 degrees in Michigan on Oct 27th for the trifecta!

Wanted to post this picture even though it was taken over a week ago. I thought you all might like the hat.
Enjoying every last second reading on the beach in Nags Head NC. This will surely be the last sun-kissed beach read of 2023 for me. Headed north tomorrow morning.
Reading goal achieved… reading The Lost Summers of Newport after visiting Rosecliff (think 1974 Movie the Great Gatsby) in Newport while sitting on the beach close by in Rhode Island. I may have leveled up as a book nerd.
On my way to Rhode Island so thought this would be a good read. Took in a lot of history… now enjoying a read on a branch of the Erie Canal.
Finishing up this book here on Lake St Clair. What an amazing place to read.
Must be Wednesday. 30 minutes of reading at Rotary Park before work starts.
1. Both, I‘ve played softball, basketball and volleyball. I enjoy watching hockey and gymnastics. Recently football/soccer since watching Welcome to Wrexham. 2. Carrie Soto is Back. @TheSpineView #Two4Tuesday
Libraries and Librarians are the best. New book for my travels and was helped with a Libby problem I was having!!!
A little early summer reading. It will be in the 40s next week but it is 81 today!
New location, new fire and a new book. I‘m loving this reverse spring break at my alma mater. Lots of new things here on and around campus but plenty of nostalgia for this Spartan. Go Green!!!
Traveling, found a library with a fireplace and the digital book I am reading. So now sitting in front of the fire reading the physical copy.
26 degrees today but still wanted ice cream and time reading at the park so here I am.
Air reading is the best reading… okay who am I kidding… anywhere I am where I don‘t know anybody is the best reading.
Really enjoying this so far. Love the pop culture references and feel like she is describing parts of my life. We too own a food dehydrator that has never been used.
Lunch break at the lake. It‘s iced over so I stayed inside the car but still nice to see water.
Shhh don‘t tell anybody… I have my hammock swing set up in my bedroom. At least until spring.
I‘m probably gonna have to read some reviews once I finish this. I am at 73% and while I understand the concept I am not getting it. Maybe something is gonna happen in this last 27% that will help me. Currently reading on a bench in front of this beautiful old tree. Objects in mirror are much bigger than they appear.
Beautiful day to read by a lake in the middle of a 5 mile hike. This was on American Thanksgiving (yesterday). Thankful for this time.
Great night to read next to the fire. No more work until nex Wednesday!!!
I do like this book but it is taking me a minute to read it. Maybe I‘ll finish it on this 3 hour flight.
Perfect weather for a bonfire wile passing out candy. Full size at this house. Can‘t risk a trick. Happy Halloween 🎃
Bookish moment of the week. I got to visit Ann Patchett‘s book store, Parnassian, in Nashville. It is great.
If you can‘t live near and ocean… a Great Lake is a close second. Gray day for reading.
Beautiful afternoon in Centennial Park Atlanta. Good thing I have something to read.
Coffee, a book and a bench. What else do you need?
Taking a read break on my long walk/hike. Sitting on two rocks positioned perfectly for a comfortable sit.
