I think this author has confuse Ohio for somewhere warmer like Florida. 2) It‘s been 8 years since this chick has been back in Ohio, and in the span of what seems like 3 days, she already knows what time a Club opens? How does she know it even still exists?

I can feel 16 year old me starting to freak out and fall in love with Kaz Brekker. If this series had been around then, I most definitely would have been obsessed with him, and probably would've turned in a lot of art projects with gloved hands and a crows head walking stick in them.

I started this last week and then things happened and I didn't get back to it until today. I'm only on chapter 4, but omg it's so good. I'm so glad I have Crooked Kingdom waiting for me already.

I'd give this a 3.5 out of 5. It was ok, and I'll probably pick up the next one to see how it ends, but it's not going to be high on my tbr list.

I started this on my dinner break tonight, and three of my coworkers had to stop me on the way to the break room to ask what I was reading because it's so different looking.
So far I like it.

My Slytherin editions came in the mail today.

This is my very first Harry Potter book.
We were on our way to my grandmother's house for Memorial Day and I knew I wanted to stop and get this, so I said I couldn't find my sunglasses and asked if we could stop at the Acme to get new ones. We did and I picked out some sunglasses and added this to the basket too. I spent I think the entire picnic under the big maple tree next to the carport reading. My cousin tried to take it away so I hit him.

It took a while for Seamus to be sorted into Gryffindor. I wonder which of the other houses he almost landed in?

Loved this. It made me sad a few times, but not in the throw-the-book-across-the-room way, I really felt for the characters. It's one of those books that I wish I could experience for the first time again.

I kept seeing this come across the desk at work when it goes out, but today I finally caught it coming back and had to take a look. It's such a cute, silly little book with just the right amount of weird. I think I'm going to get it for my impending niece. If I'm gonna be her storyteller, then I'm gonna get her stories that I like.

Almost finished this and there not enough pages left and I don't have the next one.

This month's once upon a book club read. This book was really nice. I loved the main characters, and the magical elements of the island. I'd recommend this to anyone that enjoys books like Lost Lake by Sarah Addison Allen.

Once I got into this I finished it way too quickly.

This line made me laugh because every time I have to send a text to (or about) my coworker, Shirley, I type shitley by mistake.

Starting this right now!

I wanted to like this so much, because it kept popping up on my recommended lists and it sounded so neat, but I ended up so bored and wishing it would get better that I gave up. Maybe I'll come back to it one day.

I finished this in one sitting a while ago. I don't normally read f/f, but I picked this up because 1) it's by one of my favourite authors, and 2) it's got one of my favourite characters, Madame Lefoux.
I'm really glad that I read this! It was interesting to see the Hive and Madame Lefoux from a new character's perspective. Imogene's character is a nice addition to this universe, I'm surprised at how much I liked her given how short the story is.

This came across my desk at work and the description rang all my bells- regency era, magic, mystery, and a bit of romance. It made for an entertaining weekend read.

I started this on my dinner break at work last night, and almost got through "the training". It hasn't quiet grabbed me yet, but I'm gonna see if it picks up more once things start happening. So far, it's ok.
