Ooo! My pre-order is finally listed on here, though my name is entered in caps and with a full stop. Never mind. I've got all feedback back from my Betas and all is great. Waiting for my edits to come back now, then it's all going to ARC readers. Blood Shadow is now available to #preorder on Kindle, too! This is a dark urban fantasy, and both a companion novel, and a PREQUEL to a new series. #Excited! #darkfantasy #urbanfantasy

TheWintergarden Congrats on your kindle addition. If you are looking for something to read try my new one https://read.amazon.com.au/kp/kshare?asin=B07GCYLDDK&id=bzt818fuRFGKe4NyLbEu4Q&r... 6y

My daughter's back to school tomorrow, so I can #write unhindered. I'm chewing at the bit to write - can't wait! I have a #goal of 2000 words a day I'm determined to meet. You'll all help me, right? I already have one little helper here to reward my #success with #fluffy #hugs 😊 #catcuddles

"Magic does exist. But it‘s not in the ether, and it‘s not some intangible thing we can‘t see or sense. It‘s the extraordinary hidden in the ordinary, playing out before us often, but only in small amounts, so that we‘re tricked into missing it when it happens.

But sometimes, if we‘re lucky – or perhaps luck doesn‘t have much to do with it – it grabs us and shakes us so we can‘t miss it, even if we want to."

Very nearly done formatting the #Omnibus Edition of the whole series. It's a tedious task! I would rather be #writing. But will be so worth it when done 😁🤞👏

The second best thing to #ReadingInBed is having my mini panthers curled up with me 💖

I don't like the phrase #guiltypleasure. It implies you should feel bad for how you feel, which never made sense to me. I've never felt bad for reading anything I've enjoyed, whether it's smexy #vampires, splatterpunk #horror, Brontë & other literary gems, #romcom chick-lit, formulaic Mills & Boon, or smutty #erotica. There's a book for everything - something I've always loved about reading 😁 Pleasure should never carry guilt. Read with abandon!

Shaila Totally agree!!!! 6y

This was the book that made me want to write. I related to everything about it - it was #magical, and in between the lines of every chapter it spoke of #faith, #love, #strength and #compassion. I felt every #emotion reading this at the age of six, that I knew, even at that age, I wanted to #create worlds that made others feel with as much intensity and passion. So much love for this book.

RaimeyGallant Did I read this? I must have...I need to go find a summary stat! 6y
RaimeyGallant Ugh, I can't remember. I know I saw the movie. 6y
DiannaHardy I LOVED the movie, @RaimeyGallant ! The words in the book are beautiful, though :) 6y

I found it hard to get into at first - the writing and detail were almost TOO intricate, but about four chapters in I got used to it, then found the story entwined me, #bound me, and didn't let me go. Quite #harrowing in places, it remains one of my favourites. I'm forever sad when I think back on this story though, so I try not to think about it too often!

Creeped me out big time. I read it half #terrified, anxiety knotting in my stomach. It probably didn't help that I 100% believe in #fairies.

They look very sexy up close. Every time I look at this book I think, 'the end of a series is in there.' It's a weird feeling, hard to put into words. As a reader, I never felt too bothered when a series ended - onto the next ... onto something new. As a writer, I feel the pain a little more. But also, the exhilaration.

RaimeyGallant Welcome to Litsy! #LitsyWelcomeWagon 6y
