What a lovely book! I randomly selected this audiobook from my library and thoroughly enjoyed it. It‘s sweet, sad, happy and heartfelt. The main character, Ove, is so lovable. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful book about how to improve team effectiveness in the workplace. Very well written and applicable to anyone who works in teams.
