pickI loved this book. This had probably become one of my favourite business books that I've read, up there with the Power of Habit. The fable in the first part of the book is really relatable and teaches without teaching. The deep dive in the dysfunctions afterwards is a great recap of everything that was covered. A 5 ⭐ read.
pickWonderful book about how to improve team effectiveness in the workplace. Very well written and applicable to anyone who works in teams.
