Got a chance to go to Barnes & Noble this week after not bejng able to go for 4-5 months. I mostly stuck to my plan / list. I did get one that I hadn‘t planned on but also was t able to find a few I was looking for.

Trying this one out tonight. I may not get far...I‘m so tired. 😴 💤

July. Ten books is a really good month for me since I normally average a book a week.

eBook sale. I was torn about buying this one since I already have a copy from the library. However, I hate choosing what I read based on due dates so $2 was def worth it.

Didn‘t need to take advantage of this eBook sale personally since I already have the hardback. But I still need to read it.

I started this one yesterday and it‘s been very interesting. Believe it or not, I haven‘t watched the new Queer Eye yet so now I‘ve distracted myself from my audiobook here and have been binging Queer Eye episodes tonight.

Was able to pick up and finish in one night which is rare for me.

Not getting as much reading done as I hoped while the kids play on their new slip and slide.

JUNE WRAP UP. 7 books in a month is a lot for me when I average about a book per week.

Started this a couple of nights ago. This seems like a bit of a heavier read and extremely timely so I might not get through it as fast since I anticipate it to be more emotionally draining.

Perfect day to start this. I won it off GoodReads awhile back and I figured today is the perfect day to start reading it.

Hammock time with my girls. Which of course means I‘m barely reading. 😂

FINALLY got the hammock I‘ve been dying for. (Been waiting for the price to go down). And of course it‘s getting a little too chilly to stay out too long. Guess now it‘s time to get a small heater or fire pit so I can stay out longer.

At least I have a book (well, books actually) with me to keep me entertained while getting my car repaired at the dealership.

5/5 stars. Finally a book to pull me out of my reading rut. I‘ve been struggling to finish almost anything lately. When I do, it takes me SO long. But this story grabbed me from the start. If my kids, husband, job, and life in general didn‘t distract me...I would‘ve finished this in one sitting. It‘s beautifully written and such a heartbreaking journey to follow.

Now that we are the only ones left at the dog park, I can read a bit. 😉

It‘s still possible I did the things I didn‘t check off. I don‘t 100% trust my memory on that.

Very Harry Potterish but I‘m actually not mad about that and am enjoying it. Love my HP but this is different enough that I‘m ok with it. Even if my brain is fighting against me...so it‘s a little slow going.

Finally getting back into this after a few month hiatus. I absolutely LOVED the Grisha Trilogy but I think I started this at a bad time when my mental state started fighting against me and my reading goals. But I‘m back into it and hope to at least somewhat fly through this and the sequel. Then I can get to King of Scars

For fans of Juggling the Jenkins and Cat & Nat...this is a really good one. Funny but Oh so relatable. Gave me a good sense of not feeling alone in some of the ways that I act, think or talk and it did it all while I was laughing.
