It wouldn‘t be a Carry On re-read without an Aero mint bar! Anyone else doing the Carry On read along before Wayward Son comes out?

Last one in the series 😢 I‘ve loved reading these books and I‘m way over attached 😂

This was quite different from the books I usually read, but I loved it. The writing style was not my favorite (a bit too YA style), but I feel like the plot made up for it. It was heartbreaking and well put together. Definitely gonna end up re-reading this in the future.
Libby is so helpful! It has tons of free ebooks 💛 I‘ve been studying a lot because I have four finals in the next four days 😬 wish me luck!
1. The writing style is probably the most important thing for me. I also don‘t like YA or romance much. 2. Art supplies 🎨 3. No, but my grandparents have passed down their dessert recipes written on note cards. 4. Walt Whitman and Emily Dickinson 5. Anyone who hasn‘t done this yet 😊 #wondrouswednesday
“In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.”

I found my mom‘s old collection of Cliffs Notes and Spark Notes. She isn‘t much of a reader 😂

There were lots of plot twists and you feel deeply about the characters. I think the first book was better and more put together, but this was still a gripping page turner.
“They say a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. They made no mention of the heart.”

This book is so amazing! I‘m going later today to buy the second and third book. Darrow is such an interesting character who goes through some wonderful character development. All of the characters have such substance and personality. Can‘t wait to read the next one!
It‘s so amazing to grow up in the town where this book was based in! I‘m re-reading this series and it‘s wonderful to read a book and know the exact place they are speaking of 🌸🌸🌸
Books are better read outdoors 🌤 Also I forgot how good this book is! The character development, the plot, the writing style, the message about society and our perception of freedom.... if you haven‘t read this book, I highly recommend it
“The rain clouds return to the sky, as does the sun, the moon, and the stars. Your heart is allowed to cry as much as it is to laugh. Feel what makes your pulse race in the early hours. Good is coming your way soon.” ~ Courtney Peppernell ☀️🌙💫 #poetry #pillowthoughts #book
Life changing book. It was heartbreaking to read but so so powerful. 5/5
“Those who find beautiful meanings in beautiful things are the cultivated. For these there is hope.” ~ Oscar Wilde. This is one of my favorite books of all time, not only for the plot and the meaning, but also for the beautiful writing that is a joy to read. #oscarwilde #doriangray #tea
