We borrowed this gem from the library, and I utterly love it! I may actually purchase it. ♥️
We just finished rereading it after an hour of making snowmen. ⛄️ ❄️

A lot about his addictions to smoking, alcohol, and drugs. 3 🌟
Interesting comparisons throughout the book. However it ebbed on the longer side. 3.5 stars
Interesting comparisons thought out the book however I do wish they‘d edited down a bit. It was definitely on the longer side. 3.5 stars
Good one to finish at the temperatures are dropping and the rain turns to snow. ❄️ Somewhat a holiday romance (not entirely). Love at first sight turns into a love triangle situation.
It made my heart happy to revisit this book. I remember the first time I read it was in my middle school library - MANY moons ago. It brought just as much joy and laughter as an adult.
I‘m on a non-fiction kick right now. I‘ve always been a fan of Steve Martin so this was an interesting read about how he became the Steve Martin we know today.
Wow, it‘s crazy to think that a child who was in the public eye went through this. Great, informative read. I‘m glad you told your truth Jeanette.
Highly interesting theory that Hitler escaped to Argentina after WWII. There seems to be some pretty damming evidence of such. Good read if you‘re interested in WWII.
Super cute, cozy, slightly witchy Christmas mystery! When Rudolph and Jack Frost go missing Lumi - a reindeer keeper and Corbin Frost - Jacks bother paths cross. Their disappearances have them searching all over the Arctic for the famous reindeer and the king to be. 5 🌟🎄 #christmasread #rudolph #jackfrost #witchy #cozymystery
🎄 when it‘s over
🎄 All I want for Christmas is to have my kids and go to the beach with them. 😆 (I guess my phone knows me well?)
🎄 none really. I need to purge before I can add again.

I can‘t believe this series isn‘t more popular! This is #5 in WHC series. (I read 4, but for some reason it isn‘t on Litsy.) The books give you all the witchy vibes and yet somehow they‘re cozy. 4.5 ⭐️
Quick audiobook while playing a few rounds of Herbaceous solo. I was hoping for a laugh out loud funny funny book. Unfortunately, I didn‘t find the writing particularly funny. The book was fine. 2.5 ⭐️
Enjoyed this book, because who isn‘t drowning? The book encourages you to separate care task from moral obligations.
🧬 Wow I was certainly not expecting some of the plot twist in this one. I also didn‘t think I‘d be crying at the end of it, but here I am crying! 🧬 4.5/5 🌟
Very cute read on this chilly Ohio evening. It was one of my 5 year olds picks from fed library this week. She loved it. ❄️
This book was right up my alley with time travel & simulation theory being main themes. However in general I‘m not a huge fan of back and forth writing. I felt the beginning was slow, and the ending predictably. 3/5 💫

I quite enjoyed this cozy mystery set in a Scottish bookshop. Delaney leaves her midwestern roots in search of an adventure, after loosing her job. She arrives but suddenly finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation amongst a colorful array of characters. 4/5 ⭐️
“And real life, like a good garden, is messy” 🌳
Incredibly crafted & beautiful novel of growth, change, and hopefulness. I laughed, cried, and even had goosebumps while reading “Wishtree.” Perfect fall read. 🍂 Included a photo of my favorite tree in my backyard - I wonder what stories it could tell? 5/5 ⭐️
I would put this in the realm of “modern fairy tale” and YA crossover. Snow White, Rapunzel, Shakespeare, and YA tropes collide.
She‘s magical and cursed, but it‘s forbidden. 3/5 🌟
Me too Bongo, me too… 😂
Got some reading time in while my son was doing karate tonight. He‘s going to promoted to a gold belt. 💛 This had me chuckling a bit.
Loving this idea! #ReadingTheAmericas2023 Hopefully I will be able to get my hands on some of these books. 🤞🏼 @BarbaraBB @Librarybelle Thanks do hosting! 🌎 #storygraph
I liked “One Night on the Island”. My one wish is that there was a bit more comedy involved in the story. The book made me long to get lost in some wildly obscure place like Salvation Island. 4/5 ⭐️
Short muster book, probably good for middle schoolers. Reminded me a lot of a Scooby Doo episode. 3/5 ⭐️
#3 in “The Witches of Hollow Cove” series. I loved this installation of the series. Each time you‘re immediately engrossed in Tessa‘s world & the witches and paranormal s of Hollow Cove. I can‘t believe I‘m the only person to review this on Litsy! 5/5 🌟 #witchesoflitsy
I waffled between so-so & pick on this one. I landed on so-so. because I felt like it had a slow start. Also, I felt the ending was quite predictable. 3 🌟#booksaboutbooks
Fantastic sequel to “Shadow Witch”. 4/5 🌟Richardson doesn‘t skip a beat, as we jump back into the messy lives of the paranormals who call Hollow Cove home. 🧙♀️ #witchesoflitsy
4.5/5 stars 🌟 rom-com meets all the witchiness. 🧙♀️ This one had some plot twist I definitely didn‘t see coming. It‘s also set up perfectly for a sequel - which I‘d be first in line for. #witchesoflitsy 💚
Wow! I enjoyed this novel immensely! I wanted to find something Halloweeny to read while j waited for my other holds. This book gave me all the #witchy vibes & reminded me of an older television show “Charmed.5/5 ⭐️ #paintedrocks while listening to this #audiobook 🍁
Okay. I think I‘m an Ernest Cline fan girl. 😂 5/5 ⭐️ Alien invasion, meets video game, and a ton of X-files references. 🛸 Perfect combo to end my Saturday night while painting this cutie! #paintedrock #fangirl #ufo
BEST BOOK I‘VE READ ALL YEAR! 5/5 ⭐️ Such a nod to nerds! (Like me 🤓) Now that is how you make a sequel!! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
Im a bit indifferent about this one. 🫤 it‘s definitely unlike anything I‘ve ever read, but then you scratch your head to try to figure out what you just read. ❓
Holy guacamole Batman- This was the perfect end to an enthralling trilogy. 🔥
Once again I‘m late to the party on this one. 😂 Wow, I am really enjoying this series
Well, I‘m obviously a bit behind on this one. 😂 I enjoyed it immensely. (I disbursed in just one day, & I‘ve stated on the second.) 5/5 ⭐️
I hate to say I was majorly disappointed by this one. 👎🏻 🫤 As someone who plays games like The Sims, Animal Crossing, and Stardew Valley the game designer aspect was okay. Unfortunately, this just isn‘t my cup of tea.
Wow,This one was seriously good. It took me by suppose, and embodied Bigfoot lore perfectly. 4/5 ⭐️
All I can say is wow 4/5 ⭐️
Interesting biography of Ben Franklin. Probably one of the most misunderstood of the founding fathers. 3.5/5 🌟
Thank goodness for a rainy Monday evening in Ohio. This one hooked me, and I devoured it in one evening. 5/5 ⭐️
I‘ve been on a WWII kick lately. This one was an interesting perspective on the rise of Hitlers government. 3.5/5 ⭐️
Incredible unsung hero‘s of World War 2! It‘s amazing that I‘ve never heard of this operation before. 4/5 ⭐️
I really enjoyed this one. It makes you ponder what‘s truly happening in the US.
