I subscribed to Scribd today and I found the sheet music for one of my favorite plays. It's too bad that my piano is at my parents house because it was far to big for my apartment. Maybe I'll be able to play some next time I go home. Until then, I'll train my vocals with the proper notes and not just by ear ❤️❤️🎹🎹🎧🎧🎼🎼🎤🎤🎭🎭

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you wonderful people who have wished me a speedy recovery. I am still suffering some symptoms, but I'm definitely doing much better. I decided I needed to reread this series before the new book came out, but I don't have much time to read anymore so I've been listening to the audiobooks. Please no spoilers on Empire of Storms, I promise I'll get to it soon!

So after a night in the ER that's told me that I have pancreatitis (for the third time) and a concussion (for the fourth time) all I have been able to do is listen to this book on audible. I hope I can finish listening to the series before Empire of Storms comes out because I don't have any time to read anymore! Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated 😷😷❤️❤️💙💙

Starting this book tonight. I hope it will be a nice break from everything I've been reading lately

I would like to thank everyone that has sent me well wishes for my chronic pain for the last couple of days. To explain how bad it is, there is no way I am able to read anything. So now I am highly medicated and watching Crash Course Psychology and playing sudoku. Hopefully I'll start feeling better soon and be able to get back into reading.

Finally actually getting into this book that's been sitting on my side table for months. I have to work tonight but seeing that my work consists of babysitting a 6-month-old that will sleep the whole time, I might actually get to finish this book tonight

That awkward moment that you realize the book you're reading that's set in England was written by an American who obviously didn't do enough research or even spent much time in the motherland. The story line was good, but there were so many discrepancies that it was almost difficult to read

My excellent #bookhaul from this week includes the first of the Alex Rider books. It's been years since I read this series and I'm looking forward to getting back into it!

On to the second book of this series! I've heard that they get better with every book and I can't wait to find out for myself!

Well I did it, with one hour to spare! I think that is the fastest I've ever read something so meaty. It's a good thing I've read it before or I would have missed half the book...

Rereading this book for I think the fourth time. I've got a little bet with a friend that I can read all 700 pages of it by Monday night. Do you think I can do it?

So I managed to beat my goal and finish this book in 3 hours and 21 minutes. I loved how throughout the book I couldn't decide whose side I was on. Can't wait to pick up the second one!

Ok, I'm starting a book challenge to see how long it will take me to finish this book. I am currently on page 122 out of 412. I will post a review when I'm done! I think it will take me about 3 and a half hours

Starting this highly recommended book today. I hope it lives up to all the hype. I've read so many good series recently and I hope to keep up the streak with this one!

Trying to decide whether to finish Queen of Shadows or to try and get further into Alexander Hamilton is not an easy decision to make...

So it took me just over three hours, but I have finally finished The Raven King. I thought it was a great conclusion to the series, but the epilogue left me wanting more and with some questions unanswered. Still, I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for its pure, perfect, mesmerizing story.

I was trying to find the original cover for this book but my local bookshop only had this one. I got it anyway because I've heard so many good things about this series!

Absolutely loving this most recent installment of the Throne of Glass series. The story has grown so much more than I would have thought possible when I picked up Throne of Glass. This is a must read for any high fantasy lover!

I absolutely adored the second book of the Raven Cycle series. So much insight into the characters, especially Ronan. Already into the third, and I've heard they get better with every book!

Picking up the next installment of the Asylum series. I have been addicted to this series from the very first book and it has never taken me longer than a couple of hours to read one of them. Let's see if I can keep up that record

This book was true literary fiction in the fact that the story revolves around the characters and not the plot. I couldn't really figure out what was going on until the end, and even then I still didn't really understand what had happened...

What a wonderful new series to add to the world of the Shadowhunters. I tore through this book. The characters were deep and beautiful, the plot enthralling. Can't wait for the next one. Keep them coming, Cassie!!
