@sprainedbrain it‘s a book and a hallmark movie!! That must be a sign ❤️💚❤️💚❤️ just thinking Christmas Season could start with Thanksgiving Day, or Dec 1... couldn‘t it?

In completing my year-end reading review, I realized that there are a number of books that I haven‘t yet reviewed or removed from my reading lists. This is one of them. This book was a bit of a disappointment. While I enjoyed the writing style, I found the romantic relationships, particularly that between Darcy and Elizabeth, much too saccharine for my tastes. Also, a bit too religious and not really in keeping with the original. 2⭐️

I'd better get hopping -- I can only renew one of these library books (all the rest have massive holds)... I threw in the Austenesque tome because it's the only Xmas-y book I have (now accepting recs for holiday books) so this will be my #wanttoreadindec 😄 by the by I put a hold on homegoing at the beginning of August and just got it today. It's not the longest wait I've had for a library book, but it's still something. #seasonsreadings2016
