My mom had all the kids Christmas gifts delivered to my house today so she didn‘t have to wrap them. As a bribe to actually wrap them for her she had these delivered with the toys.

This time of year is my favorite time. Growing up with The Memorial Tournament as a constant part of my life led to my love of the sport and appreciation of it. Unfortunately this is the first year in 20 years that I haven't been because I moved to New Orleans. Needless to say as I sit on the couch and watch I'm so very homesick. Missing my home and my family and our fun Memorial traditions.

Occasionally, something happens in life that makes me put down a book for an entire day- Masters Sunday is one of those days. #renegade #lyricalapril

I listened to this one for the Book About Sports prompt for the @bookriot #readharder challenge. I learned a lot about the industry of golf and the life of Arnold Palmer. I enjoyed it even though I'm not a huge golf fan.

A timely #memoir from the recently-passed icon of golf--and maybe the entire sports world's. He is that revered. I don't think this short but engrossing read was requested by just golfers here at my library--there were just so many requests for it. Well, regardless, if there were a few sports memoirs to consider reading, the ubiquitous Palmer's would probably be on everyone's list 😊👍🏻. #TBRtemptation #blameLitsy #blameMrBook
