I think this is an amazing book for someone else. This is the story about when the author, Eleanor left Arizona on the bike her dad made her to travel all the way back home to Georgia. The reason she did this is because she was dealing with serious mental health issues and knew that backing made her happy so she hopes that the trip will help her address her concerns.

I read this during my lunch break at school in the studio. I drank coffee from a travel mug and ate half a bagel left over from yesterday‘s breakfast. I sat on the couch in the back of the room. I was anxious to finish it.

This is starting out to be a beautiful book #library

A beautiful book full of comics detailing the adventures and reflective moments that the author had while biking from Arizona to Georgia. Although the art style is rough and simple, the stories Eleanor Davis told in these comics touched me greatly. I loved especially her comics on TX, as I did undergrad there and miss it. Very true, raw and full of nature. It felt like she bared herself to the world through these comics and it was so beautiful!

It‘s not exactly Sweet but I was won over by the way people helped each other during her ride.

Her beautifully simple line drawings capture her loneliness and depression, the kindness of strangers, the frustrations and disappointment as her body lets her down, and so many small moments of nature and beauty...
I can‘t remember where I saw this recommendation but I‘m glad I picked this one up.💕

Into graphics but not superheroes? This book is for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really touching story about one woman‘s bike trip. She wonders about her mental health. She meets some amazing people.

Can't sleep, another GN done. Really enjoyed this one. It's about a woman who decided to bike from Tuscan, Arizona to Athens, Georgia. She draws her adventures along the way. 💞

Cool adventure depicted by the author but I wasn't crazy about the illustration style. Still a good read.
