Studded with full-color photos, "The Homemade Vegan Pantry"celebrates beautiful, handcrafted foods that don't take a ton of time, from ice cream and pizza dough, to granola and breakfast sausage. It‘s farmer‘s market season, so I‘ve been buying local fresh vegetables without having to drive an hour! It‘s a plant-based paradise 🌿

This dish features green peppers, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, fresh herbs from the garden, and a homemade tomato sourdough ❤️

Three new cookbooks and something for the kiddo came in today‘s #bookmail!

I‘m not truly vegan, but have been vegetarian for 24 years and recently became lactose intolerant. 😩 Luckily there are some amazing vegan cookbooks out there (and now, even more than before, in here!).

Darklunarose I think I need the pantry one! 4y

Holy smokes Batman! This. Book!
I have made two things so far the macaroni and cheese mix (my daughter says it is better than the earth balance box) and the Italian dressing. I am so happy - I may have salad every night. We have company or I would have licked the dressing from my bowl! Seriously! I want to try it all! #vegan #cookbook #delicious

Thank heavens that Miyoko Schinner created Miyoko's Kitchen vegan foods - the vegan butter is phenomenal and a staple in my house. be sure to take the time to make the vegan "ribs" and homemade bbq sauce.

I was looking for a vegan cookbook that taught pantry basics, things like vegan sour cream, frosted cakes, breads, and sauces. This book shows you how to make these things at home so you're not eating vegan, but heavily processed "fake" foods. It's a great reference book for all cooks.

Beckys_Books My daughter is vegan. We will look for this book on our next trip to the bookstore. 8y
