Y‘all I have to say this book is 399 pages. The first time it had me in tears was on page 5 😳😳 and again on page 47. I don‘t know where this book is going to take me but I have a good feeling it is going to wreck me and I can‘t wait.

This book really took me by surprise. I definitely didn‘t expect to end up as invested and interested in it as I was. It‘s a story about a man whose wife becomes brain dead after an accident and he is forced to make some really tough end of life decisions that may go against some of her beliefs that she held prior to the accident. This book was really well written and made me think about a lot of things. I definitely recommend it!
This book was so heartbreaking. I don't think I've cried this hard since J. K. Rowling killed Sirius, Dumbledore, Hedwig, Dobby, and Fred.
The ethical and moral dilemma that Matt faces is unthinkable. I believe he did the right thing, and not just because the baby survived. He knew that Elle would have done ANYTHING to save their baby, even experiencing her worst fear.
This is NOT a light read, but one that will stay with me forever.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I just started this today. Page 5 and I was already crying.
A heartbreaking love story of a woman who ends up on life support while pregnant.
#2019Book32
The plot of this book was interesting and made me want to keep reading, I was invested in most of the characters, and I teared up several times while reading. However, several parts of the book made it very clear that it was the author‘s first book and I wonder what a more skilled writer could have done with it.
I really enjoyed this book. I found it touching and compassionate. A heart wrenching love story. There are a lot of moral dilemmas regarding life and death which would make this book perfect as a book club choice. Also from a medical point of view you can tell the author did great research. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
#TuneIntoNovember #Promices @Cinfhen @Robothugs I know nothing about this book 😬 except that I love the title. ⭐️🌟✨💫💫❤️
An afternoon well spent

Thought provoking book, I fluctuated at times between Elle's right to remain pregnant even though she was technically brain dead, and the removal of life support. I felt both sides of this story, I think it was well written, characters are well developed, and I look forward to more from this author.
Such a sensitive topic with insight from different perspectives. Thought provoking
I bought this on a whim when it first came out. It was amazing! Its a heavy emotional read but so worth it. It also makes you think about what you would do on either side of the situation. I dont want to give anything away! I recommend this book every chance i get!
I just finished reading this book and not sure how to put into words how I feel. I can tell you this book brought me to tears.
This story makes me wonder what my family would do if we were placed in a similar situation.
