Some day I will finish this book. I'm just a slow reader lately because I fall asleep whenever I try to read anything. š´š† But I managed to stay awake for a couple of chapters over my lunch of this Garlic Soup with Shrimp (& Potato). I subbed in baby Yukon Gold potatoes for the bread in this Mark Bittman recipe as I'm avoiding gluten currently. It's really good & it's on the blog today for #soupersundays. DebinHawaii @AceOnRoam It's a bit hard to tell on the energy thing as I have been burning the candle at both ends these past few weeks transitioning away from my freelance clients to a new job, but I have dropped some weight and my breathing seems better even in all the stress and changes, so I think it's been good so far. 6y

Started Saturday with cold brew & coconut milk, Eggs Caprese & finally a few chapters of this book I started ages ago. I missed my neighborhood satellite office a bunch this week.š�Part of my lack of presence on Litsy lately is because I left the land of self employment & took a job as Corporate Trainer for a local distribution company. Transitioning away from my clients the past few weeks & starting work & a commute on Monday have me exhausted.š¬

DebinHawaii @Kappadeemom Thank you! šI have missed my Litsy friends but in addition to other life stuff I've been in scrambled mode finishing up with clients & adding 2+ hours commuting in my car to my day now. Hopefully I'll get it to a routine soon! š¬ 6y

#MarchMunchies #avocado Thanks to @jenniferw88 for making the avocado prompt on a Wednesday, my regular avocado toast from the coffeeshop day. With a couple of chapters of this mystery thriller, it's the best way I know to get over the Wednesday hump. I like this author's "Justice" series, enjoyed the first book in her "Hush Money" mysteries & I have a thing for books about twins, so I am hoping this book is a winner. ????
