All week, I‘ve had an absolutely gorgeous stack of picture books set aside to look through. Work was quiet enough this afternoon that I finally had a chance. This one is illuminated with art made entirely from bits & pieces of the natural world: pressed flowers, leaves, algae, ferns, seed casings, berries, & blades of grass.
It was worth the wait. 😍🌸🍃🌿🍄🍁

The book follows plants & animals through the seasons, highlighting different seasonal activities (it is a children's book). The illustrations are so intricate & lovely.
