In Our Time | 
so-soBookclub pick. I enjoy short stories as a genre but I wasn‘t bowled over by the tagged collection. There is a nice arch to it and there are a couple of stories in the first half I got into. Overall though, the group discussion was more edifying than the actual reading.
In the pictured complete collection of Hemingway stories I reread “A Clean Well Lighted Place” and it is 5⭐️.
I really like Hemingway, but this book (for me at least) gets less interesting in the 2nd half, particularly the trout fishing short story.

I‘m working on a Hemingway audiobook right now for work (much of it difficult to read honestly) but this made me laugh.
I finally watched the first episode of the Ken Burns Hemingway Doc last night. Young Hemingway was definitely a heartbreaker and handsome before his infamous mustache addition. I‘ve only read his short stories and The Old Man and the Sea. Now I am really feeling the need to read his longer novels. #kenburns #documentary @Kimberlone

I‘ve been wanting to read “Lost in a Book”, my fav fairy tale; and Kidnapped, huge fan of Stevenson and classics! Some chocolate is already consumed and the tea went to work! The oldbook tote will graciously hold my purchases!
Confession: I love the bachelor/bachelorette tv show! I know it problematic but I‘ve been watching it for almost the beginning since I was really young and I just can‘t get enough! But I‘m reading during the commercial breaks!!
Post family gathering, post clean up, I‘ve snuck away to try to read with the last minutes of daylight!

So my sister went to Cuba this week. And because i couldn't join her she did something she knew i would of died to do: she visit Ernest Hemingway's house and took loads of pics!!!! As soon as i got them i told her i have to share this with the #litsyfamily
I miss having tons of #reading time. Since starting my Masters my free time basically disappeared! And although I'm majoring in literature, it's not the same reading something just for cheer pleasure than for school work. That,while working a full time job ( which I'm very thankful for!) is not easy. Rant over.
