Well living in Illinois finally paid off! And I didn't have to travel to see this...just stepped outside while at work. 100% coverage. Both amazing and eerie.

Texreader Yay!!! We were in path of totality, but also path of thick cloud cover. It was so so sad. We got a few glimpses before and after but not during so we just enjoyed the ambiance 7mo

This worked better in 2017 due to a more complete eclipse over Colorado and fuller leaves- it was summer- but I still like today's photo too. 😁🌘 @dabbe
