I just adore these characters! This group had stolen my heart and I love to follow their adventures.

I didn't like how this concentrated mostly on one location and that made this feel a bit claustrophobic.

I loved the heists in the first installment, all that planning and making strategies: this wasn't like that. This story got things to move forward for the next installment but I waited for something more.

What do I even say? I read the first part of this series last year (hehe) and am still so in love with the characters and the world that Roshani Chokshi has created. I finished this book really quickly and am not really ready for it to be over. Luckily, the third book awaits! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4/5 for the second in this series. I loved this one. I need the next book right now! There was plenty of action in this one. Also some romance! I love this author. I would definitely recommend this series.

This book kept me reading at a time when it seems I couldn't. It broke my heart again, like the first book but I can't wait to read the last one. I love my gang of broken thieves.

I started reading back in August hoping I could get back to reading more than 10 minutes a day. Covid really got and almost killed my reading. Still I kept reading the second book of this series because even if I only read 10 minutes a day it kept me engaged and interested. I was sad I did not have the attention and concentration to read more of it each day. #goodthing #netgalley

Read up to 43% . A huge 6% more while debugging my dad's laptop. He unclipped a memory card and he did not notice. Easy repair. I ran the antivirus and the laptop is clean. Mimi wanted to help out.

2020 is hard. Hard to read. Hard at work. We went back to no contact loans as the virus rages again. I go to work, go back home. Grocery once a week, early Sunday morning. Bi-weekly appointments to stay healthy, chiro and acupuncture. That's my life under Covid. I lost my grey baby at the end of August. Her litter sister kept looking for her every night. Hence the new resident. Artemis aka Mimi. I read about 10 m a day. 2020 sucks.

#111 of my year. I remember reading the first book and falling in love with the group of characters. I‘m really excited to read book 2 today. I‘m listening to Fly Me To The Moon by Lotus Blue🌻

Yup the leaves change here, I‘m in California, it gets quite beautiful. My favorite fall food is Tamales or thanksgiving day feasts lol on my tbr for this month is The Silvered Serpents I absolutely loved the first book and can‘t wait to get back to that world! @tbrformiles

The tagged book came out yesterday and I just love the covers for this series so far! 😍 I really love The Gilded Wolves and I have high hopes for this one as well! 💕📚

I liked this better than The Gilded Wolves, but I wanted to give some of the characters a good shake and tell them to stop being stupid. Overall, a good escape from the day-to-day grind of life in a pandemic.

What. The. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck????

I wasn't a big fan of The Guilded Wolves but it was ok enough for me to read this book and I freaking loved it! There is still WAY too much Indiana Jones-ing for this to be believable but I loved really getting to know the characters more. That ending might have killed me. Now I need the next book. Stupid endings....

Oh...and it's set at xmas time so #HolidayRead 😊😊
