I‘m so excited! I borrowed the 12 volumes of #theancientmagusbride . I heard it‘s an anime now. I‘m always late when it comes to these kind of news lol. Also borrowed #thegirlfromtheotherside vol 6.

Chise was an adorable protagonist and Elias is kinda cinnamon rolly 😂. Surprisingly! I loved their interactions and how Chise is just like: meh. Better than slavery tbh. Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decided to give a new manga series a try. I bought the first two volumes of this one, and I was not disappointed. This is a wonderfully complex and interesting world. And the artwork is very well done. I want to know these characters more.

...is it common for Libraries to not know how Manga works and cover the front with stickers instead of the back? 🤨

4.5 stars. I can already tell I am going to LOVE this series! This manga sure comes out of the gate with a kick! I've laughed, I've almost cried, and I can't wait to pick up volume 2! Not only is the art style stunning, the story is magnificent. We are learning about our world at a good pace that doesn't feel like info dumping, while slowly getting to know our characters as well. I'm loving it so much already. #manga #mangalover #mangaseries

How cute! I already love this one and can‘t wait to read the next. Elias is definitely not what I expected and I love the way the world is set up. I‘m curious to see how Chise (the MC) evolves because she‘s a little lacking in personality at times but I still enjoy her. Definitely continuing on!

It's been awhile since I've read any manga and this was a great one to get me back into it. Lovely art and an engaging storyline and characters. I've got holds on the next four volumes at the library! I believe this is an anime as well? Has anyone watched it? What did you think?
