We got these trays as wedding gifts and used one of them once. I think breakfast in bed is something that works better for me in theory than in reality. So I free cycled them. I‘ve had mixed results with the process overall, but in this case it worked perfectly. Someone claimed them almost immediately and picked them up within the hour.

I don‘t want this stuff
Post it to free cycle and
It finds a new home

#haikuaday #haikuhive

TheBookHippie I‘m always so happy when someone is thrilled with something I don‘t need and give away. 20h
AmyG My daughter recently sold her home and she recycled alot of things. It‘s wonderful to just pass on as opposed to throwing out. 20h
AlaMich I love Freecycle. I haven‘t used them for awhile but we have a bunch of stuff I‘ve been thinking of posting. 19h

Itchyfeetreader Love the sentiment and the haiku. Where we live you can out things outside of the door and they often go quite quickly. It‘s nice to know things get another life 19h
CBee I haven‘t even heard of Freecycle! Must check into this. I have so much crap. 19h
Susanita @TheBookHippie @AmyG @Itchyfeetreader It‘s sometimes a hassle, but when things work out it‘s so satisfying. 18h
Susanita @AlaMich @cbee I haven‘t found a group in my area yet, but I know some people also use Buy Nothing. 18h
ncsufoxes I‘ve passed on so many things my kids have grown out of through Buy Nothing groups. Sometimes it can be a hassle coordinating pick ups (my husband feels it can be too much work). I‘m happy to pass on things that someone else can use, especially if it saves it from a landfill. I‘d rather give it for free rather than somewhere like Goodwill making a profit off it. Now more than ever people in our communities need help. 17h
AmyG @ncsufoxes My daughter gave away alot of potted plants….people were SO appreciative. 17h
JenlovesJT47 Decluttering is so freeing! Been taking lots of stuff to the women‘s shelter and used bookstore. Good for you!! 💙🩵💙 17h
Susanita @ncsufoxes I love Cas the Clutterbug, but one thing I disagree with her strenuously about is her recommendation to take everything to Goodwill. It can be more work, but I try to do as much as possible locally, including charities. 17h
CBee @Susanita thank you! Will look into both 👍🏻 17h
lil1inblue I love finding new homes for things! And I love decluttering! 😍 17h
dabbe I love the IDEA of decluttering, and then I get overwhelmed, grab a book, and sit on my couch to maybe declutter another day! 😂 I love haikus that give out information, too! I will have to check out FreeCycle. 🖤🐝💛 15h
AnnCrystal 🆒Freecycle 👏🏼🐝👍🏼 recycle, upcycle, freecycle ♻️🥳🐝💝. 14h
Susanita @dabbe I think it‘s easy to get overwhelmed when you look at the whole job, but you‘d be surprised how much you can get done in just a few minutes. I‘ll send you a video. 14h
julieclair I love Freecycle! I got rid of a ton of stuff when we lived in Atlanta, but it‘s not very active where I live now. I‘ll check out Buy Nothing - haven‘t heard of that one. (edited) 4h
