They‘re done. They taste a lot better than they look. Next time I won‘t fill the cups 3/4 like it says. But the middle sinks in and it‘s a frosting holder. 😁 #WinterGames2020
#ReadNosedReindeer. The recipe is in the tagged book.
I was happy to find this collection on Prime Reading several weeks ago. I am familiar with all three authors. I read the first two short stories, and they were both as fun as I expected. I never enjoy the Meier stories as much, so I do not plan to read the one offered here. I am making a change in my middle-age by not finishing books I would have trudged through in my younger days. I‘m moving on to something else that interests me.

Anyone else out there a word nerd? ♡♡♡
Read the first short story in here. I read Fluke‘s series and The 12 Desserts of Christmas was cute. I liked seeing a non murder crime and new characters. @Clwojick @StayCurious @Bookworm54 #wintergames #teamnutcracker

It is wet, cold and dreary outside and I love it. I am not leaving my library and fire until these books are finished. In order to keep the spirit of Christmas alive longer I got a 12 days of Christmas candle set and bookish tea set. The tea is based on Little Women and a deep cherry red. It has oranges, cranberries, raspberries, cloves, and more. Add sugar and honey to help with tartness. @Clwojick @StayCurious @Bookworm54 #teamnutcracker 👇
Three short stories featuring three cozy mystery sleuths make up this Christmas collection. I rolled my eyes so much through Fluke‘s short story...the mystery was rather hokey, in my opinion. The other two stories, by Levine and Meier, were a little better. Just a so-so collection, yet a nice distraction reading. Reading the other books in each series is not necessary, and the Fluke one at least takes place many years before the more recent books.
Finished the Leslie Meier short story in the book. I loved seeing the main sleuth‘s daughter be the main character in this one and work with Ms. Tilly to solve the crime. I hope to see more of those two characters in future books. @Clwojick @StayCurious @Bookworm54 #wintergames #teamnutcracker

Hanging out in the library waiting for my oldest to fall asleep so Santa can come. I left my current read downstairs so I am going to read one of these short holiday stories and work on next years reading bullet journal. @Clwojick @StayCurious @Bookworm54 #teamnutcracker #wintergames

Book, blanket, cat, hot water bottle, recliner — living my best life on this cold, rainy Monday evening!
I picked up this #HolidayRead of novellas to see if I liked any of the authors enough to pick up the rest of their series, but unfortunately, I did not. Or maybe fortunately, since they all seem to have extensive back lists! 🤣 The mysteries were ok, but the romances were a little too pat.

If you‘re looking for a fun and quick Christmas read with a twist of murder & mystery, check this one out! I loved it! 4/5 🌟
When your library doesn't have the books you want to read you run out and buy them... 🤗😁😄
A cute novella that introduces a new character... I sure hope Candy makes more appearances later in the series!
Christmas books and cozy mysteries are both sweet indulgences for me. To find 3 Christmas themed cozy mysteries by three of my favorite authors in one book was such fun! Each story was a little bit different than the author's usual and I really enjoyed a little pre-holiday reading of this advanced copy of this book through Net Galley 😁
