Welcome to #MentalHealthMonday! What are you doing today to take care of your mental health? So far I've watched Star Trek with friends & spent time with my husband. I'm about to excercise & maybe take a nap. Taking care of our mental health will be vital in the coming weeks, months, & beyond. We still live in an "f your feelings" society & it's likely to get worse. Making mental health a priority is one way to fight back.
Megabooks I did not watch the inauguration and stayed on social media only for fun things like books. No doom scrolling! I also took a nap. 9h

DebinHawaii I‘m at work (at home) today & trying to stay off any media or social media besides Litsy. Also trying to keep hydrated & eat well/healthy. I did not do a good job sleeping last night so I may try for 30 minutes of napping at lunch. Tonight I‘m going to keep staying away from news & social media & try to relax & do something artsy-craftsy & go to bed early because I have an early flight tomorrow. 9h

Sace What a much needed hashtag/weekly event. I spent the day on Litsy, listening to One Fell Sweep on audio, redoing a reading journal page, writing some letters, listening to Vince Guaraldi, hanging with hubby and reading. I‘ve got two snow days ahead of me so I‘ll just repeat today‘s activities until the “snow” clears up (it we even get the expected 2”….don‘t laugh.
