Made the mistake of sitting down without a book while I posted my ARC reviews. Now I‘m stuck lol- guess I‘ll scroll Litsy :) trying to get my mental balance back after the craziness of moving. I need to be on here more, read more, and do more yoga. And stay OFF Facebook lol.

One of my son‘s new favorite authors. We bought several of #oliverjeffers books when Kohl‘s was selling them along with matching plush toys. He loves all of them, but asked to read this one before bed tonight. A cute picture book about a boy using unconventional methods to get his kite out of a tree. My son gives this a thumbs up and said, “This is like my 3rd favorite book!” ...

Oliver Jeffers writes a fantastic MF book about a little boy who gets his kite stuck up in a tree. He has to get it down but how? Starting with throwing his shoe and eventually throwing a whale to get his kite down, things begin to escalate as he desperately tries to get his kite back. This fun book is great for S with fun props that you can get at this link!

Stuck is a fantasy story written by Oliver Jeffers. It is a story about a young boy getting stuff stuck in his tree. It is humorous because it is so unrealistic but interesting to imagine!

Stuck is a RF picture book by Oliver Jeffers that would be best as an IR. The main character Floyd gets his kite stuck in a tree and throws up various items to try and knock it down. It is a light and funny book for children to read independently. #lae3414sp19

This book makes us laugh! It also reminds me of the time my mom threw a rake into a tree, then threw ANOTHER rake to try to free the first one! 😆

Those rakes ended up being stuck in the tree for two years!!

I'm in a reading slump. I just have no motivation to start anything. And when I do start something, I can't stick with it.

Do you ever just get in a rut & can't start something new??? I've been doing some "pallett cleansing" (podcasts, articles) after finishing two books, but just can't get motivated to start anything. ?

This is a delightful picture book; it's one of my favorites to read at bedtime.

I love all of Oliver Jeffer's books. My littlest one is really enjoying the board book version of A Little Stuck.
