I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it.

I don‘t normally care for cozy mysteries, but this is so well written, it made me see why this genre is so popular!
When a popular children‘s author ends up dead and it‘s her best friend accused of the murder, new library director Lindsey decides to try to figure things out before the incompetent police chief can pin the event on her friend.
3.5/5 good story, good characters, very good writing. Read for a cozy mystery that makes sense
This story showing a day in the life of workers in a restaurant about to shut down resonated with me. My parents had a Chinese restaurant and so much was familiar: the worries about staying afloat, the conflicts and camaraderie among staff, the disappointment when no customers show up, and then the chaos when they all come at once!

What a nice heartwarming story about sisters, and the true value of family. After losing their mother, the sisters go their separate ways but with the recent death of their father, all the girls come back to their hometown. This was exactly what I wanted it to be, a light read between my big chunky books. 🤣
Molly, who we‘ve renamed Snortles the Snow Pig, is enjoying the weather, but it‘s really been difficult for the rest of us. My Wednesday surgery will have to be moved, and we were without help for dad all weekend. I‘ve been reading and even finished one of the best books I‘ve ever read (Short War by Lily Meyer) and another 5⭐️ (History of Sound). Bodes well for the year! Reviews soon!!
Thank you so much @S3V3N ! My favorite lolly pops- we give them out to students after some challenging work so I have come to love them! Simple treat! I cannot wait to read this book! Thanks @bookish_wookish for hosting & organizing this #LittleChristmasSwap
Forgive me for the blurry pic of Montie Sunshine, but the pet sitter sent me that. The tree is really where he sleeps. We might set it up somewhere else next year.
The book is about as sweet as this dog. Some difficulty with grief and animal cruelty, but in true Leslie Connor fashion, the book will leave you better.
‘Coming-of-age can happen at the strangest times. Into his sixties and newly retired, Anders decides he‘s had enough of steady habits..‘
The basis for one of my favorite Netflix movies. A little sad, often humorous, this was a pretty good story.
