Enjoyed some #audiocrocheting this morning with my #readingbuddy Minerva! 3 hours 38 minutes down for #20in4Readathon & counting. I‘m loving revisiting Murderbot & planning an #epicreread binge. I was able to borrow the 1st audiobook on Libby but the rest have a waitlist. Fortunately there‘s Hoopla so I have the next 3 audiobooks borrowed & ready to go!
The #epicreread continues! Inspired by my husband‘s first reading of #Discworld, I decided I‘ll reread the books in the same order my hubby chooses to read them. So far, he‘s read the first couple of City Watch books, the first two Witches books, and just started Mort, the first Death book. It‘s been years since I first read Equal Rites so I‘m really looking forward to this rereading! Minerva‘s keeping me company 😻 #CatsofLitsy
I finally got my hubby to start reading #Discworld! So far he‘s read the first two City Watch books, the first Witches book & he‘s about halfway through Wyrd Sisters. He‘s enjoying the books so much I decided to start rereading! I‘m not sure yet if I‘ll reread all the Watch books first, or bounce around between the different threads, or maybe reread in the same order as my husband reads them. At any rate, I‘m looking forward to an #epicreread!

Thanks to Overdrive's #HarryPotter20 promotion, I started an unscheduled but long overdue #epicreread of #HarryPotter, but quickly swapped the e-book for print. I'd forgotten just how much was changed or left out in the movies! It's like catching up with old friends, talking about the old days, and being reminded of the half-remembered episodes of youth. The binding on this 1986 Berkley Fantasy edition of The Sword and the Stallion has come unglued! I have other editions, but this one, with the bronze cover & lovely art, is the one I want to read to complete my #epicreread of the second Corum trilogy! 😟 With a bit of care, I can still read it, but it's so awkward! I need to track down a new copy. #bookishproblems

#AprilTBR plans are finishing library e-loans, plus Heretics of Dune & then Chapterhouse Dune. Maybe Hunters of Dune, but I'll probably stop with the original books for now. BH & KJA weren't quite able to capture Frank Herbert's magic. After that? 🤷♀️I'm a mood reader but I do have a #TBR list for challenges I'm doing this year.
