pickPicture book. The composition and sketched design of this book helps to create a warm atmosphere in the bears' home. The wooden backgrounds behind the pages make the book seem vintage, a callback to the classic tale of a child finding a wild animal and attempting to keep it as a pet. This witty book follows a bear and her newly found pet, a human boy.
I colored this picture on one of my coloring apps and wrote this story about it.

Came across this pic today of my sweet Babs, a greyhound we adopted back in 2005. She's been gone since 2016, but I still can shed a tear just looking at her pictures. How she loved that Lamb Chop. 🤎🐾🤎

So many of you provided kind words of condolence on the loss of Kili, I lost track. Thank you all. It‘s one of the things I love about this community.
It was strange to get up this morning and not have a cat to feed. I bundled up his food and donated it to the county shelter, but I‘m keeping the treats. They‘re good for another year! When the time is right, I expect the CDS to do its thing.
I enjoyed watching the neighbor's dog playing this morning. Missed my photo opportunity, so this is a web photo.
