1. Anything by Wodehouse. I grin the entire time I'm reading one of his books.
2. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
3. Enderby's Dark Lady, by Anthony Burgess
4. Most Vonnegut and Tom Robbins novels are good for a handful of laughs per chapter

Honestly I laugh fairly easily, so most books are worthy of at least a chuckle. 😅
-In A Sunburned Country is my favorite of Bryson so far, but he‘s pretty much always good for a laugh.
-Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy series, or anything by Douglas Adams.
-Anything by Piers Anthony.
-Everything by Stephen King has had a bit where he‘s made me laugh.
-Surprisingly, my current read, Dreadnought.😅

I guess I will name more series than a single book. Usually any book in The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. The Darkhunter Series by Sherrilyn Kenyon has some funny banter between characters. Agent Pendergast in the series by Preston and Child makes me giggle because of his quirky personality and humor.
