If this didn‘t make you cry, I don‘t know what to say. I had to cuddle my cat after reading this. The movie brought on the waterworks too. So good. 😭

This on is a total #MadeYouCry. I have attempted (!!!) to knit Estonian lace shawls and ended up crying, because I had made visible mistakes by misreading the pattern.

Dolly That kind of knitting should be declared an extreme sport complete with injuries, tight competition, cheating, drug testing, and emotional distress. 🤯 6mo
Chrissyreadit @Dolly 😂🤣😆 6mo
ravenlee I have this book...but I‘ve never actually tried any of the patterns! Someday, maybe. 6mo
LapReader Feel free to send it to me. I will still wear it. 6mo
julesG @LapReader I'd need to finish it first. It's in my UFO box (UnFinished Objects) 6mo

Missed a few days! Ahhhhh sorry.
Day 13 #30JuneBooks #MadeYouCry
The Beast made me cry so bad that I had to stop reading it at some points just so I could recover. Mary and Rhage were so real in this book and their pain was so real.

“In bed that night I invented a special drain that would be underneath every pillow in New York. Whenever people cried themselves to sleep, the tears would all go to the same place, and in the morning the weatherman could report if the water level of the Reservoir of Tears had gone up or down, and you could know if New York is in heavy boots.”

Either I read this book at the right time or the wrong one because it made me cry like few books have. The friendship it portrays, along with some guy-wrenching ups and downs, got me right in the feels, and I loved it. #botm #madeyoucry #30junebooks

akckitty That's awesome you had such a good read :) 6mo

Day 13 Prompt: #madeyoucry
I‘m a big softy and there are tons of books that made me Cry. But this book takes the cake.
Chapter 43, Left me in a complete mess. Every emotion in me was running wild, I had to literally stop & pull myself together after what happened in this book, it hurt so much. It‘s heart wrenching but like I said before written so beautifully. I also broken down a 2nd time at the end. So many things tore at my heart

For Day 13‘s prompt for the #30JuneBooks challenge, #MadeYouCry, I thought of this beautiful yet haunting retelling of the Russian fairy tale about Marya Morevna and Koshchei the Deathless. This book explores both the wonderful and the terrible aspects of live and asks the question, how do you trust your heart once you‘ve completely given it to another? 😢

Chapter 23 was so soul-crushing, I cried real tears... and then I read it all over again!

MellieAntoinette And .... stacked!! 6mo

#MadeYouCry #30junebooks

This book had me in tears for 350/400p of its 700p. I had to stop reading because I couldn‘t read because of all the tears.

I don‘t think I‘m the only one who had this reaction to this book.

squirrelbrain Such a good book, but sooooo sad 😢 6mo
BooknerdsLife Aaaahhhh!!!! The exact reason I‘m scared to pick it up yet!! 😬🙈 6mo
Reggie No you are not. Basically the section “The Happy Years” to the end 😭😭 6mo
