So I was struggling with this prompt until this book landed through the letterbox! I am a massive Brigid Kemmerer fan and I have been dying for this book. Let's just say this book has made my day and would definitely have been my morning glory if I was home when it arrived!

#Rocktober #day23 #MorningGlory I could'nt find one book on my shelves with Morning in the title, so I'm going for this set which is on my TBR. The Red Rising trilogy is a SciFi series set 700 years past when mankind has colonised other planets. Class is tagged by colour, the ruling Gold class & others, but this is about Darrow, a Red working in the mines of Mars. When he & his wife are hanged, he's saved by a rebel group fighting for freedom.

I‘m early to bed and early to rise, but when you live in a multi-family house and your neighbors don‘t know how to use doors quietly? There is no #MorningGlory in that. I was over it when a door slammed below my bedroom and woke me up this morning. Yep. Somebody‘s got a case of The Monday‘s!

#Rocktober #MorningGlory I'm not that familiar with this Oasis song so the first things that came to mind for today's prompt were this movie & the Morning Glory muffins I used to buy, make, eat... 😋It turns out there was actually a book that's a dramatization of the movie but I don't know that I'd bother reading it. Although it was cute, I didn't find the film a 'wow'-even given my fondness for Diane Keaton, Harrison Ford, & Rachel McAdams.📚🎬

#MorningGlory Believe it or not this is the only book I've read with Morning in the title. It is the second of three books about the Webster Family and is loosely based on the early life of the author's mother, and as can be seen from the picture is set during the Second World War. A bit of a romance in there too. It may be my only morning book but it did get a five star rating. The Open Door is book 1. #Rocktober

There is nothing glorious about this raining Monday morning. However, there is plenty of #morningglory in this book and the entire Red Rising trilogy.

#rocktober No feelings of #morningglory for me this morning.... I worked overnight in the bookstore where I work, getting all the displays and tables ready for holiday season (so many gorgeous books!).... and we do it over again tonight! This ‘old bird‘ is exhausted! And I find day-sleeping really tough..... 😕
However waking up from dozing to face this cuteness on hubby‘s pillow does make my sleepy morning better! 😴

My little one decided on an early nap today, so I'm cozied up on the couch with a book, a blanket, and a warm fire (not pictured: large mug o' tea). #MorningGlory indeed!

No #morningglory with a book and coffee for me, only studying. I have been at it for six hours, and I only need to read one last text, and then I can relax a bit with some reading.
