This definitely didn't live up to the hype. It was twisty and the unreliable narrator (not a spoiler, it's pretty transparent) was interesting, but it was really just ok!

Not bad overall. Quick read.

I devoured Everyone In My Family Has Killed Someone, so I've high hopes for this sequel!

Mediocre, predictable detective novel about three PIs with unexplained vast wealth. One is a heroin addict who largely escapes the typical consequences of that problem because he is extremely rich. I did like how, unlike most detective novels, this story has the PIs working several cases at once, but that is about all I liked.

Added some new titles to my (95% TBR) to my shelves last week🥳🤗 I decided to splurge a little bit😝because it‘s been a fantastic reading year so far! I‘ve cleared so many books from my shelves (33+) & I haven‘t bought more than 10-15 new ones. I‘ve spent some time re-evaluating what‘s on my shelves. I‘ve reduced some double rows & things look a bit🤏🏻less chaotic🤗 🥂to so much more reading!
