Mehso-so

As expected in most of Short Story Collection, I liked some short stories more than the others but I found that the ends in these stories were rushed and inconclusive. Well, maybe I should say that I‘m not so fan of short stories in general but I keep trying them. 3⭐️But I like that cover ❤️

This book has many sad parts on how this woman try to go on in her life without almost any support. But I found some part unrealistic. Sometimes I didn‘t know if I was in the past, present or just in her thoughts while she was thinking about her life. I don‘t know, it didn‘t work for me. 2.5⭐️

Pickpick

A creepy, dark, chilling retelling of Snow White. This is a graphic novel with a few dialogue or narrative but the art, the illustrations are spectacular. So pretty and the story is a good retelling, dark, gory, and twisted one, love it. But how you rate a graphic novel with limited narrative🤷🏽‍♀️All I know is that I was captivated by the illustrations.

#MyNewYearWhoDis2022 @sharron was my partner in this event, it is supposed to last the whole year. I will continue reading books during year 2022 from her favorite/pick books posted in Litsy. I hope no one feel offended by my decision. I only will write the name of the event. I‘m doing it in her memory. @monalysha

Pickpick

Book read last week. I really liked this thriller. So many twists that I didn‘t predict. Those characters are the worse people in the world and yes, unfortunately, you can find people so selfish and sociopath (legal term) or antisocial (psychological term) like them. Oh yes! Go blind with this. 4.5⭐️ First novel I read about a person with prosopagnosia condition. Interesting what the author mentioned in her note about this condition.

Gissy @BarbaraBB It is so fun! It is a way to read what you have in your tbr, old books and new ones but with a purpose🤗Sometimes I say to myself, “when I‘m going to read that book?” Well, now I have a reason to read it📚📚📚☺️ 2y

This is my #MyNewYearWhoDis2022 books selection from books read by my match @sharread 📚🤗I‘m planning to read more books from her Litsy “pick👍 books list, but these are the first ones I‘m planning to read soon. I chose books that I already own so I can continue reducing my tbr pile of books. But there are other books that @sharread has in her wish list that I‘m interested to read, maybe we can buddy-read at least one book in 2022📖🤗
