What are you reading? 😊
Last night I finished reading The Cabin at the End of the World by Paul Tremblay.
While on vacation, a family‘s cabin is invaded by a group of mysterious, creepy strangers who announce that the family must choose to kill one of their own—or else the world will end.
This story is an intense, anxiety-riddled adrenaline rush. A nail-biting, fist-clenching read. It was so twisted!👍👍

@laurenashley Received my book today along with these cute page clips. I will take one and send the rest along with the book to the next reader. Thanks so much!
A hundred pages in so far and it is so eery!!! Very creepy in the best way. It is a fast-paced easy read, with twists in every chapter! Can't wait to see how this one ends.

After bailing on my last read, I decided to go with my 25 cent library sales rack find. I'm not familiar with #PaulTremblay but it sounds like a rather interesting read. Reviews are all over, yet it is summarized to be a bit of horror, suspense and drama. This one has been on my TBR for some time now, egar to start.

QOTD- What's one of your favorite short story collections?
Featuring nineteen stories, here are the ones I most recommend: Nineteen Shots of Dennisport (a boy recalls a shocking thing that happened during a family vacation); The Teacher (a literary story about the threat of adulthood); Her Red Right Hand (death, grief, and monsters); It's Against the Law to Feed The Ducks (the end of the world seen through the eyes of a little boy).
What has been your best quarantine read?
A man wakes up in isolation with no memory and is told that he's being kept inside because his immune system's compromised and there's been a horrible pandemic outside.
The sense of mystery was good, but the story was a little fatty and predictable, so in the end i'd only recommend this for previous fans of Tremblay's work
*Waits until she‘s safely in her car before screaming* I LOVE THE LIBRARY. #wildergirls #paultremblay #mrrogers
