Good book! The plot develops on the background of the destruction of the world, but focused on the people and their hopes, and not on the hardships of the new world! "Survival is insufficient" #stationeleven #PostApocalypticFiction

Lynnsoprano I‘m almost finished with this and loving it. 5y

Reading something that wasn't on this month's TBR, who's surprised? Not me hahaha 🙈😂 Out here trying to enjoy my last few days of summer vacation before I start training for my graduate assistantship on Tuesday!

This was a book I read for an apocalyptic fiction course last semester & I loved it so much that I decided to bring it on vacation. Have you reread any school books? Were they better when you weren't being forced to read them?

Evening read. When I'm stressed or anxious, I like to read speculative fiction. I find it soothing for reasons That are difficult to describe; it's my favorite sub-genre & has been since I was eight years old. (Shout out to #TheGreenBook!) I've been saving this one from my April #BOTM for just the right moment. #treatyoself #iamahugenerd #thisgenreismynerdpassion#postapocalypticfiction #dystopianfiction #currentlyreading

L_auren I'm reading this right now too! Page 110 7y
