3✨ A lot is going on in here for all the families through the series. We fast forwarded through time to see their kids are grown, but we also see they all still love each other very much. Coming together for the holidays to reconnect, and surprise. I‘m sad there is only one more book in the series, but have enjoyed the ride. #SeriesLove @Andrew65 @TheSpineView

I finished both of these books last night. Vacation has been a very productive reading time! I‘m now trying to catch up on long overdue book reviews.

If you‘re wondering what Greenlanders eat…. I think I may skip the food portion of this month…

Butterfinger It looks like hot potato salad for you, too. Haha. It's cool, though, that they have been eating the same way since "discovering" Greenland. 1d
Texreader @Butterfinger Right! 😁 Do you have a recipe you can send me? 21h
Bookwormjillk There was a scene where they ate toast and eggs with mushrooms in The Boy With A Narwhal Tooth and I think that‘s about all I‘ll manage this month. 21h
Bookworm54 I was planning on using this one (which I think is the same recipe I have seen someone else post) for fish casserole and hot potato salad. I have been waiting for my house/outside to cool down before attempting any stove top cooking 🤣 https://worldcookproject.com/2017/07/15/greenland/ 2h

I liked the first book in the series but I *really* liked this one. The plotting is tighter, the writing very clever, and the characters so endearing, I was much less bothered by moral ambiguity.

(Can you guess why I chose this image to illustrate my blurb?)

Ruthiella It‘s been too long since I read it, so I can‘t guess as to why you chose that drawing . 😅 But I definitely agree these books get stronger with time. Is it better familiarity with the characters or Osman refining his talents or a combination of both? 👍 1d
