I got behind so please forgive me for bombarding your feed with posts. 😬

Day 20 - I couldn't find anything my shelves for this one. #thiscovermakesnosense

Day 21 - There are numerous topics I want to know more about, even more after all the posts on this day. I'm choosing the Civil Rights Movement. Several of these have been on my TBR for a few years so it's definitely time to get to them. #atopicyoudliketoknowmoreabout

#ATopicYoudLikeToKnowMoreAbout I love art. I like to dabble in it, I enjoy going to art galleries, and I would love to learn more about it. #readjanuary @RealLifeReading

Laura317 Check your local college or adult education site. My mom and I just took an amazing class on medieval art history. I'm looking forward to learning more! 8y
JessClark78 @Laura317 That sounds awesome! 8y
Hobbinol Janson's is what we used for my Art History 101 class (way back when). 8y

A few days late #ReadJanuary
Had no idea what to put for 'this cover makes no sense', couldn't find anything from my books.

Day 21 is #ATopicYoudLikeToKnowMoreAbout
A friend recommended to me Anxiety As An Ally, it's written from personal experience & how he used his anxiety to succeed in life. I've dealt with anxiety in my life, so it's definitely on my TBR

Day 22 #BookWithinABook Bitter Greens I'm currently reading.

#ATopicYoudLikeToKnowMoreAbout I have wanted to learn more about the Lewis chessmen ever since I first saw the little shield-biting, berserker rook figure. #ReadJanuary

Libby1 I saw some of them at the British Museum! 8y
saresmoore I now have a "@LeahBergen recommends" sub-stack for totally obscure historical things that were never on my radar. Sounds fascinating! 8y

LeahBergen @CarolynOliver Aren't they?! 8y
LeahBergen @saresmoore 😂😂 I love it. I never realized I was drawn to odd topics until I started doing Litsy challenges! 8y
LeahBergen @Dragon When was that? I'm sad I missed it! 🙁 8y
Dragon Back in 2009 and it was called Treasures, The World's Cultures From The British Museum 8y

#atopicyoudliketoknowmoreabout #Readjanuary I heard an interview about this project to bomb Japan using bats in WW2 and it struck me as the kind of craziness that amused me. Still looking for a copy of the book second hand.

JanuarieTimewalker13 @Oblomov26 they sell it used on Amazon 8y
JanuarieTimewalker13 The hardback much cheaper than paper back. 8y

#readjanuary #atopicyoudliketoknowmoreabout Found this book quite by chance. I had no idea Veuve Clicquot champagne became the brand it is today because of a woman. One of the first great businesswomen, she definitely deserves learning more about. Can't wait to read this! #nonfiction #biography

I've read a couple of books lately about the death and medical industries and it's fascinating. The amount of work and knowledge that's hidden because people don't want to deal with the topic of death is absurd. Already have a list of some other books to check out. #ATopicYoudLikeToKnowMoreAbout #readjanuary
