In tonight‘s episode of #bathandbook I finally finished chapter 1 of Shakespeare. Non fiction is really not my jam except for true crime (murderino for life) and a few other exceptions) But it this months book for my irl group and I‘m trying to read out of my comfort zone. But as a reward, I‘m switching to The Poet X for a bit.
When your bath bomb matches your book! Totally unintentional.
I‘m starting this one for a buddy read with @Cinfhen . It‘s the fictional account of Senator Ted Kennedy‘s horrific plunge into Poucha Pond in Chappaquiddick. JCO really does it for me when she bases her books on real people/events, so I have super high hopes. #bathandbook
My #bathandbook tonight is super fun and colorful!
I‘m in the middle of the tagged book right now for #nyrbbookclub. The bad news is I won‘t finish it in time for tomorrow‘s discussion. The good news is it‘s my favorite NYRB title ever (so far).
Desperately needed #bathandbook 🐫 🛀 📖
After hearing Jami speak the other day, I had to get started on her new book right away.
For my bath, I‘m pumped about these new Dr Teals tea bath soaks. For about $5, you get three sachets. This one is lavender, with epsom salt, oats, and botanicals. They‘re not as strongly scented in the bath as I‘d prefer, but still worth it.
