#NovemberByTheNumbers for the 20th is the 20th section of my favourite bookstore, Dymocks George St in Sydney‘s CBD which just happens to be Classics! 😊😊😊😊 (Also a bunch of #booksIalmostbought ).

Ahh... #booksIalmostbought 😊😊😊😊 (taking a break from the storage unit sorting to wander through one of my favourite bookstores being Dymocks George St. I wandered out with a scary stack of books, mainly gardening and non-fiction. Now, back to errands. Someone tell me when the “holiday” begins ???
Thought of all the Litsy Librarians when I saw this today 😂😂😂 (and this was a #booksIalmostbought )
This one tempted me because I was just a few years behind the author in high school. Or I might have been in 8th grade when she was in 12th grade. I remember her but can't say I knew her. But ... when I read the blurb and reviews, it didn't sound like the ideas were particularly new. So it becomes another of the #booksIalmostbought.
Another from my bookstore trip yesterday. This one reveals the contradictory nature of my existence. Despite questioning everything about the existence of any higher being(s), I am intrigued by this woman's story and style. Those tattoos! And the book description, "...every thinking misfit suspicious of institutionalized religion, but who is still seeking transcendence and mystery." But I passed this time - too pricey. #booksIalmostbought
It's morning here, and I'm back with my new feature #booksIalmostbought. As I try to reduce my out of control buying habits, I figured it'd be fun to chronicle what I put back. (Yes, eventually I'll post what I bought.)
I'm not a religious person, although I grew up that way. Mr. B is an atheist. We have lots of discussions, as I do with friends who left the same church I did. This book looked quite interesting, but ultimately was a no for now.
I lived near these palms for about eight years - two decades ago. That familiarity grabbed my eye at the bookstore today. But, ultimately, it wasn't rated well enough to spend money to buy.

I wasn't going to book shop this month. That lasted six days. But I picked many fewer books than I could have. In honor of cutting back, I'm starting a new feature. #booksIalmostbought
This title just made me laugh, and is probably pretty interesting. But, it went back in the shelf.
