Pickpick

Two lovers and their crew try to pull off a heist in Stockholm. It goes bad and they lose trust in each other and break up Five years later they are thrown back together for another unusual theft. What coukd go wrong? But also, what could go right? It may be their last, but I hope it is not as this was one fun, simple, sexy, theiving romance. Note: Explicit sex.

This is a contemporary romance that revolves around Bryony and Jack. Bryony is a ghostwriter for one of Jack's authors. This is a friends to lovers, he falls first and workplace romance. Everything about this story is just perfect and it truly is the perfect rom-com. Enjoyable, fun,, laughed out loud and highly recommend.

Book 28 of the year.

I was not sure what to expect when I started listening to this (thanks to Libro.fm for the ALC opportunity), but this story is more somber than the cover suggests. It‘s very contemplative but yet also offers hope for new beginnings (hence the title). The audio narration is engaging, and I enjoyed listening to this while doing household chores and preparing kitty medicine. #52BookClub25 #AuthorsLastNameIsAlsoAFirstName #LitsyAToZ #LetterN

Rina Kent has become one of my favorite dark romance authors. The decision to wait before I decide to read the series was a smart one. I like the deluxe edition sprayed edges and the covers. The prose is easy to read and flows well with well fleshed out characters. Even though I have not read the other complete series I‘m down to read them in the near future. 4 out of 5 ⭐️s. #GodofPain #RinaKent

It‘s been ages since I picked up one of Penny Reid‘s books and I‘m so glad I grabbed this one. It‘s set in her Knitting in the City series world, featuring the adult children of that series‘s main characters. This book is a sexy, funny, heartwarming tear-jerker, with the requisite HFN, authentic representation of Bipolar 1, and it reminded me of why I fell in love with her books in the first place.

CoffeeK8 I loved this one and agree that it seems more of a HFN vs HEA. I hope she writes more books for the second generation 1mo

I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it.
