Incorporating graphology to help track down a killer is something I haven't seen done yet. The characters were meh. I couldn't connect with any of them. The plot was okay. Seeing the inside of a cult was fascinating, but because of the dull characters, I couldn't really get into it.

I have a non-book question since so many of you are dog lovers/owners: This little one has been doing much better since she started her treatments, seems much happier, and somewhat healthier, but still won‘t eat well.
Do any of you lovely people have experience feeding fussy dogs who can no longer eat meat protein? I‘ve included the things she will eat below (sometimes), but none of them is dog food ☹️#pugsoflitsy #dogsoflitsy #doggo

TheBookDream Always eats: asparagus, crispy noodles from Chinese places, chicken skin, corn, watermelon. Sometimes eats: Peanut butter, eggs, fried rice (no onions of course!), things mixed with tuna juice. None of these are ideal, but she‘s so fussy these days. Anyone have other ideas or resources, I‘m all ears! (edited) 6y

bookishkai We have two pugs who will eat anything you put in front of them, so I‘m probably not the best advice giver. Our girls love eggs, and cauliflower, and apple. One elderly pug we had ate baby food for a while, you could try that? 6y

DGRachel I don‘t have any advice. When my dogs got fussy I would feed them whatever they would eat just get food into them so they weren‘t taking meds on an empty stomach. I had good success with eggs and sweet potatoes. And I cried a lot from fear and frustration. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good luck!! 6y

TheBookDream @bookishkris Lol she was this way. I don‘t know if they‘ve tried cauliflower or apple. I‘ll suggest it. Baby food was tried and failed. It‘s so bizarre. This dog still begs for food (gives the intense doggy stare to you if you have food) but won‘t even eat what she‘s begging for half the time! Ugh. Edit: The cauliflower was a success!
