I had only been listening to the My Favorite Murder podcast for about 3 months when Michelle McNamara passed away in 2016. I didn't start her book until last night, and already I've finished it. It was amazing to see her life's work come to fruition! She was an amazing author and was part of an awesome team!

I was lucky enough to get #MFM hosts to sign my copy of McNamara's book last fall.

My most recent Rick Geary Kickstarter loot! 😍 Everything except the bookmark is signed by him and I love it! He is the whole reason I got interested in true crime! 💀❤️

Okay so this isn‘t actually a book about murders (well, there‘s two in there but they‘re not the main point). However, it does have some great life advice from two women who have lived through some *stuff*. I really liked the advice they gave and the personal stories. There are definitely some quotes that will stick with me forever, so thank you Karen and Georgia. And as always STAY SEXY, AND DON‘T! GET! MURDERED!!

Im so beyond happy I finally sat down to read this book. I would highly recommend it to any Murderino, but also anyone who enjoys memoirs. I was soo excited to read this book but once I got it I was anxious it would be a let down.. Im so happy it was better than I had anticipated! 😊 Have you ever read a duel memoir? If not I suggest you start with this one! 💖📖
