Mail Call | R. Lee Ermey

I am not sure the postal workers are happy about it, but they‘re back to work tomorrow, which is good news for me as I have missed getting mail and still have about 80 Christmas cards to mail!

catiewithac USPS wouldn‘t let me mail you anything until the strike ends! 7d
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego I'm not even bothering with cards this year, the backlog is going to be so bad after a month long strike. 7d
LiseWorks Yeah, I think I'll wait before I mail anything, the backlog will be nasty 7d
BarbaraBB Happy for you and feeling lucky you were able to send me a Christmas card! 7d

Space battles, spies, betrayals and desperate action. Okay series, but not as good as some other space opera.

The Reality of Everything | Rebecca Yarros
Pickpick

I loved this series so much. Easy, fun and heartbreaking stories. I laughed, I cried and I cheered. If you love good romances with depth, these are awesome for that.

Pickpick

I recently delved into "Union Cavalry: 1861-65" by Philip Katcher and Richard Hook, and I must say, it's a phenomenal contribution to the Warrior Series by Osprey Publishing. As someone with a keen interest in military history, I found this book to be a well-researched and captivating exploration of the pivotal role the Union Cavalry played during the Civil War.

Maryes Heights is such a tragedy. So many charges to get slaughtered.

steffen1223 One of my favorite Civil Books in the campaign series of Osprey publishing 3w

Hence it is only the enlightened ruler and the wise general who will use the highest intelligence of the army for purposes of spying and thereby they achieve great results. Spies are a most important element in war, because on them depends an army‘s ability to move.
