2. Friendships - at a point in my life where I appreciate girlfriends and connecting.
3. A kind life partner, my husband has been my rock through life, loss and continuing sandwich generation challenges. 😊

A day late, but I was #grateful for beautiful weather for my very last homecoming parade yesterday as well as a long walk/talk and dinner with a great friend. Life is good ❤️ thank you @Eggs for helping me get back into a gratitude practice.

#grateful for an impromptu vacation day, it is an absolutely stunning day. I ran on my favorite trail and will knit on my deck until lunch at a local Mexican place. pickVery quick audiobook. It took less than an hour to get through. As a nurse at a foster/group home I quite enjoyed this read. It is also interesting to see how far society has come since the orphan trains. 4:5 ⭐️
1. New neighbors! Our last upstairs neighbors were terrible (as a parting gift, their dog bit my husband. Awful from start to finish). Tonight, we shared beers & stories with the new folks. It felt like such a breath of fresh air!
2. First full week of work post-pandemic. Our Director knew we‘d be sad, so she‘s been feeding us each day (a selection of global snacks for the global pandemic).
