I get the impression these people would be rather disappointed we need body positivity, sex positivity, self care, and self love movements. They lived the truths and realities of each of those movements without even thinking about it.

This is an approachable, interesting personal growth and transformation book. It is focused on sexual activity, so be prepared—it‘s frank and detailed. You may blush at the beginning, but once you get comfortable with her writing style and rhythm, you‘ll find good, actionable strategies. I just wish it was more intersectional and inclusive.

So many things to love about this: an intelligent and scarred (literally) heroine, a honorable hero, and a fantastic "first time having sex together" scene that was realistically bad, and then she schooled him on how to get it done right. ? I need more Courtney Milan in my life. ❤?
