Although I've always been Team Jacob, Edward's side of the story did open my eyes a little bit to his inner thoughts and how quickly thoughts/scenarios can go through his mind between his and Alice's abilities. It truly is a whole second side story.

It also provided a more in-depth explanation to the 'trackers' thoughts and their thought process for dealing with this challenge.

Finally finished this. I think I have outgrown the Twilight Series or maybe it is because I was always #TeamJacob. Edward's perspective just didn't work for me he is always so negative. 🤐

⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I devoured the Twilight books, my husband was deployed, and it was the exact escape I needed. And I loved them. It was 2008, throw me a freaking bone here. Anyway, reading #5 was inevitable, and happily, it wasn‘t quite as cheesy as I‘d imagined. Edward‘s stream of consciousness was a bit tedious at times - he def finds boring ol‘ Bella more interesting than I do - but at least Jacob barely existed. Could‘ve been edited down a bit.

saresmoore I also devoured the books in 2008. My husband was in grad school and I was pregnant with my second, so that‘s my excuse. No good reason for getting a special Team Edward cup from BK, though. 😆 I couldn‘t get past the first twenty pages of this in print. Should have tried the audio! 4y

batsy I inhaled the Twilight books when I was going through the shittiest time at work. When I finally quit and emerged from the fog, I stared at my copies on the shelf in shock... 😂 4y

⭐⭐⭐⭐wow this came at the right time...i am soo glad i didn't completely hate edward after reading this...i only had one complaint that it was a little too drawn out in some areas...i mean 700 +pages whew...but other than that it was a great getaway from all the garbage going on...one question,will there b more??? #teamjacob'sabs
