I love seeing these pictures every time I use my phone.
The left one is a picture I took myself of all my most favorite/comfort reads, and it‘s my lock screen.
The right is an #etsy print I bought & then took a screenshot of, and it‘s my home screen.

I love to see so much care in the design of picture books. The story in this one starts right on the endpaper, with foreshadowing that something will happen under a layer of wallpaper. The half-title page shows a moving-truck being loaded. The title page shows its arrival at the new house, and the following 2-page spread includes a panel of the newly-transplanted girl shyly peeping out her window at other children next door.
