#weeklyforecast
I am about half into Cain and I Was A Teenage Slasher, both quick reads. At 1/3 on The Future which is also a lot about religion which I wasn't prepared for, that is going a bit slower. Hoping to wrap a couple up and start on Light From Uncommon Stars in a couple of days.

A day late on #bookreport and #weeklyforecast again. I ran a marathon relay with friends yesterday so I have a goof excuse though, unlike usual. 😉

#WeeklyForecast

I‘m only a few chapters into I‘m Afraid You‘ve Got Dragons, and I‘m already entranced. 💙

And I am so excited to get to the next Shady Hollow story!

#BookReport
Loved what I finished this week and still made good progress on my other reads. I finally managed to finish the first section of OaFK which I'm counting as major progress. I'm also enamored of my commute book and have made it to 50%.

#WeeklyForecast
My goal this week is to get a decent way into part 2 of OafK, finish my audio commute book, and make progress in Black Cake for work.

#WeeklyForecast 20/24

I am reading The Good Samaritan and it is as engaging as I expected. Next will be Six Stories because of @Reggie ‘s review. And I have one more book to read from the #womensprize longlist. I haven‘t heard much about it but it does sound good.

I'm reading all of these right now:
📚 Saturday Night at the Lakeside Supper Club
📚 Murder on Astor Place
📚 Flamingo
📚 May Day
But these are all potential next reads in case I want to read something different:
📚 Foul Play at Seal Bay
📚 Flying Too High
📚 The Last Equation of Isaac Severy
And I'm already behind schedule on reading this one for #SundayBuddyRead, but I might catch up:
📚 The Manhattan Girls

julieclair Looking forward to your review on the Lakeside Supper Club! 1d

Combined #BookReport and #WeeklyForecast :

I bailed on an audio - absolutely horrific (see my “review” for more details - and completed a few other titles.

This week, I have some library books that must be read, as well as keeping up with #buddyread books. We‘ll see how I do!

Happy Reading!

#WeeklyForecast

Continue my Women‘s Prize for nonfiction reads; How to Say Babylon and Dobbelganger. I might even finish Doppelganger

I‘ve 3 books that‘s due back at the library on the 12th:
The Quiet Tenant which I‘m about halfway into and had to stop reading last night because it got to scary. Yes, I scare easily
Nervous Conditions that I‘ve wanted to read since I read her essay collection and my May #BookSpin
I Have Some Questions for You

AnneCecilie It‘s Ascension on Thursday and I have Friday of work, so more reading time this week. So hopefully I‘ll get to everything 1d
Ruthiella I thought Nervous Conditions was outstanding. I hope you like it! 1d
