Another great read from Joe Abercrombie. Although Glokta didn‘t get as much time in this story, I really enjoyed the characters and conversations they had with each other. I just wish Abercrombie had more books out as every one of the ones I‘ve read is outstanding and I can‘t get enough of his humor in conveying these stories. Great read

This is a “Remarkably” touching read. I really love when an author can utilize both hilarious and touching words to express a way of communication. This was a great read and I‘m hoping that there are more books by this author for me to read. (This is similar to Fredrik Backman‘s stories) I really enjoyed this read

Having somewhat of a reading block/slump don‘t want to continue reading the sun eater series. I can‘t find a book I want to read in this months tbr and nothing looks good right now 😨📖 hopefully this doesn‘t last long… trying this to see if it helps

This is my TBR for November (with the three books from my October tbr) I‘m rereading the tagged book as I have more of the series now. There are a lot of fantasy books but I really need to get these books read … if I don‘t finish some they will of course go to December but I read close to 30 books in October so here‘s hope I g I finish these

So wanted to like this book but it was to grandiose (my opinion) I know not all books are for everyone so I‘ll just say it‘s not for me but I‘m positive that others may enjoy it 🥺😨 I just don‘t and I normally give books a chance and at least finish them I just couldn‘t with this one

What is family ? Is it the one you‘re born with or the one you discover in the world ? And what would you do to make sure this family you‘ve discovered stays healthy and happy? This book takes that concept and runs with it with character you just fall in love with and care about… I believe that everyone has this extra family through thier own and others that support them… even if it‘s small it‘s still family… great read

My next two books to be read

This was a delightful change from the norm. I really enjoyed reading it. While it‘s not pleasant to think about all the abuse of young girls back in the day, it is good to read a different concept of their story.

Well that was fast… what a way to have a different type of writing style… the twist and turns were great and I loved the whole process… now I have to read more of this authors books … I hate when I find a book this good it only takes me a few hours to read but this was so good

He always hit I really loved this adventure. He sets the bar for fantasy and is right up there with Steven Erikson‘s writing a little different writing styles but they are both my favorite authors now. So it‘s Steven Erikson‘s, Joe Abercrombie, Nora Roberts/JD Robb, Johanna Lindsey, and Jay Kristoff for my top 5

This was a quick read and very intriguing. I really enjoyed this and have a couple of books that I can now say I‘m very interested in from this author 📖

I read this to see if I could gift it to my granddaughter for Xmas. She 9 plays soccer, volleyball, and cheers… so she‘s outgoing and adventurous… but I don‘t know if it‘s appropriate for her age due to scary ghosts and what happens in the book so I need your help… if you think it‘s appropriate please send me your opinions thank you for your help 😊📖

Takes a lot to get a so-so out of me but when you put a famous person in a fictional book it hits wrong… unless that person was a jerk-face in real life and still not right but I‘m sure this is a good read for others … I just want my fiction- fiction and not with real world characters 👀 unless it‘s not fiction… like an autobiographical or true crime 👀 sorry… not sorry really but sorry
